Our billing/accounts receivable services include the following:

  •  Bill, collect and manage accounts receivable for services provided by your practice

  • Follow-up accounts on a timely basis to increase collections early in the aging cycle

  • Submit an account analysis after every effort has been made to collect an account in order to facilitate the decision making process regarding aged accounts

  • Make routine deposits to your bank account

  • Provide monthly statistical and ad hoc reporting

  • Provide refund information on a timely basis to control your credit balances effectively

  • Maintain state-of-the-art systems, including electronic claims submission to all participating insurance companies

Our staff is well trained and closely supervised.  We stay current with the latest government and insurance company changes through publications and seminars. We adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain as strictly confidential all your practice data through use of a separate computer system directory as well as unique security, firewall, and user password protection.

Normally, New Bedford Corporation charges for these services on a "percentage of collections" basis. With this approach, the better job we do for your practice, the better we are rewarded.  In certain situations, we will consider a fixed monthly fee in lieu of the above.
